Prayer is not an innate gift, but a spiritual skill that requires practice, repetition, and constant improvement. For many of us, prayer can be a daunting task requiring the perfect mindset, the most pristine conditions, and a flawless theology. But this could not be further from the truth. In this session, Rabbi Levy will expand upon the basic notion of what it means to pray, exploring the axis of connection that can guide our experience of the High Holidays and beyond. Join him as we “warm up” our praying selves in the month of Elul!
