Sequence of Programs

Ketanim – for young infants – beginning at 6 weeks
Metukim– for infants- beginning at 6 weeks
Alef – for older infants – up to 14 months
Bet – for toddlers/walkers between 12-20 months
Gimmel – for older toddlers between 18 months – 2.5 years old

The Creative Curriculum for Infants, Toddlers & Twos incorporates meaningful learning activities into daily routines and provides a safe, nurturing environment for students to explore the world around them. This curriculum is research-based and top-rated to support caregivers and families as children make this transition from home to school. Lessons are designed around the child’s natural curiosity. Our teachers create meaningful interactions that help young children learn to regulate their emotions and behaviors, participate in a group, develop relationships with people in their lives, and have confidence in their own learning. This curriculum prepares and supports students as they then transition into The Creative Curriculum for Preschool.

Judaic & Hebrew Language

Noah’s Ark kiddos are immersed in Jewish holiday celebrations and Jewish values such as kindness and sharing. Temple Israel clergy teach a weekly Hebrew music class, and the whole school enjoys Friday morning Shabbats. The blessing before snack and lunch, Hamotzi, is sung daily.

Summer Program

Our summer program is open for nine weeks. Water play is offered several times each week, with a water slide and sprinklers on the lawn. Summer program enrollment begins in February. Families may enroll for the entire summer or choose various weeks throughout.

Enrichment

Bet and Gimmel children attend exceptional enrichment programs on a weekly basis. Enrichment programs include art, library, P.E., music, and Hebrew.
