COVID-19 Policy
All eligible individuals must be fully vaccinated to attend indoor worship and adult-only programming. Children ineligible to be vaccinated are welcome to join with their vaccinated guardian(s). Proof of vaccination should be available upon arrival or by request. We ask that you wear an appropriate mask that covers your nose and mouth at all times.
Until the Reform Movement adopted Patrilineal Descent in 1983, you were considered Jewish only if you converted to Judaism or were born to a Jewish mother. Nevertheless, the Torah is filled with examples of people considered to be Jews/Israelites who do not fulfill either of these requirements. Join us as we trace the history of Jewish identity and explore the ramifications and significance of the Reform Movement’s decision to embrace a more expansive definition of who is a Jew.
